Previously consumed services.

Because PehriJo provides digital services and AI-generated outputs that are delivered immediately upon use, refunds are generally not available once the service has been accessed or consumed.

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

You changed your mind after purchase.

You no longer wish to use the Services.

You did not fully utilize your subscription or credits.

You are dissatisfied with an AI-generated output.

The generated image differs from your expectations.

You forgot to cancel your subscription.

You accidentally consumed credits or generations.

You purchased the wrong plan by mistake.

Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

Service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

PehriJo may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in circumstances including:

5.1 Duplicate Payments

You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

5.2 Payment Processing Errors

A payment was successfully charged, but:

Credits were not added;

Subscription access was not activated;

Purchased services were not delivered.

5.3 Technical Failures

A technical issue on our side prevented the delivery of the purchased service and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved.

5.4 Unauthorized Transactions

We may review claims involving unauthorized transactions, subject to verification and applicable law.

5.5 Legal Requirements

Refunds may be issued where required by:

Applicable consumer protection laws;

Payment processor requirements;

Court orders;

Governmental authorities.

PehriJo provides artificial intelligence-powered virtual try-on services.

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated images are simulations;

Results may not always be accurate;

Clothing fit, colors, proportions, textures, and details may vary;

Generated outputs may differ from your expectations.

Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs, by itself, does not entitle you to a refund.

7.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

The website;

Mobile application;

Applicable app store billing platform.

Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not automatically entitle you to a refund of previously paid fees.

7.2 Access After Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated:

You may continue to access subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Credits purchased through the Services:

Are non-refundable;

Are non-transferable;

Have no cash value unless otherwise required by law.

Any future expiration periods applicable to credits will be disclosed on the Platform.

Promotional purchases, discounted plans, free trials, and special offers may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional purchases are non-refundable.

Business customers, brands, retailers, and enterprise users are responsible for:

Evaluating the suitability of the Services before purchase;

Ensuring compliance with their own contractual and legal obligations.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments made by business customers are non-refundable.

Separate enterprise agreements may provide different refund terms.

PehriJo reserves the right to:

Introduce new paid features;

Change subscription plans;

Discontinue plans.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not affect refunds for previously completed purchases unless required by law.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to:

Terminate your account if fraudulent activity is suspected.
